This is a 6.5in vinyl window decal. These can be personalized by adding a title and/or name. Additional colors available on request. Please specify the wording with correct capitalization in the notes section on check out. 
EX. If you want your sticker to say “Flight Nurse” the purchase option would be the one line. If you want your sticker to say “Flight Nurse” and have your base number or name underneath the purchase option would be two lines. For just the logo and “Air Evac Lifeteam ’’ it would be the “Standard” purchase option.
